Step 1. - We arrange a Site Visit to the subject site, Measure up existing residence & any significant trees on site,
Take photos of site and neighbourhood.
Step 2. - Preparation of the Preliminary Plans (Floor plans, Elevations & site plan)
Step 3. - After joint review of the preliminary plans, any amendments to Preliminary plans will made & project can move onto the
Town Planning Stage. (We will deal directly with council on your behalf)
Step 4. - Upon receipt of Planning Permit our Engineer will complete structural computations & a complete set of plans will be made
available for the Building Surveyor.
Step 5. - Build!
